Who Are We?
Glad you asked. ICT was created out of our Founders failures. I know it's a bad start, but hang on.
ICT Founder: James Lundberg
And so it begins.
In 1996 James Lundberg started at a school for Telecommunications and Data Communications. He later taught at this school. But, James went on to learn about management with Quest Communications and then Nurse Call equipment installation for Rauland Borg. James tried again and again to fit into these pre-made boxes only to find that each one didn't encapsulate the customers needs. He became an Journeyman Electrician. He then Started flipping houses, right before the housing market collapsed. What luck! Turn after turn lead him back to his home town and back to IT.
A New Day, A New Mission
Starting back in IT was not the plan, or was it? James began learning Cisco, VOIP, Commscope, HP, Windows, Apple, Linux, Sinology, App dev., Cyber Security, Wireless, White Hat hacking and so much more. After many years of ticking off his wife, he begain again. ICT started.
With new friends, new partners, new customers and new ventures, James was hit with another of his flaws. Lack of understanding Project Management. Back to the drawing board... Only this time it was closer to the truth. A complete redesign of the companies administrative infrastructure was in progress. 2019-2022. Welcome to the feature ICT! ICT was given a revolutionary way to manage Teams, Techs, Customers and Projects. NO system out there does what has been built for ICT.
